Prior to shipping, all our products undergo a thorough quality inspection process.

Please carefully review the size information before making your purchase, as each item may have different sizing standards. We recommend consulting the size charts on our product pages.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Should you receive a defective or damaged item, an incorrect size, or the wrong product altogether, please contact us immediately. We will provide solutions within 1 business day. Please understand that items not meeting the aforementioned criteria are not eligible for unconditional returns or replacements.

Return Procedure

Returned items must be shipped back to us. Upon receiving your item(s), we will require 5 business days to process your request. Refunds will be issued automatically within 10 business days. However, shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of the shipping service.

Please note that our warranty period is 15 days after receipt of the goods. Services are closed after the timeframe.

Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be refunded or returned. Returned packages must be in good condition, with the products unworn and unused. We will not accept damaged, washed, or altered items.

Before shipping your return, please inform our customer service team of the reasons for the return. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange. If you used a coupon along with another form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

Initiating a Return

First, contact Customer Service and provide the following information: Account Email Address, Description of the Issue, Your Request, Pictures as Evidence.

Await confirmation for returning orders. Ship the return package to the provided address and email us the tracking information.

Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Please note that not all return requests can be unconditionally approved, so familiarize yourself with our Refund and Return Policy before making a request.
